I help organizations create strategic relationships through powerful experiences
by communicating their story with authenticity.

With a background based in the creative worlds of theatre and art, and an understanding of the importance of telling a story visually and emotionally, curating experiences has been second nature throughout Jen's career. These skills, tied with those she has acquired over the past 20 years in the areas of marketing, communications, sales, operations and live events, have positioned her as an internationally recognized industry leader who excels in creating strategic relationships.

In both professional and volunteer roles, Jen works on and leads distributed teams for a variety of key initiatives. Outcomes from these varied projects allow for the implementation of opportunities that engage external thought leaders, leverage the vast creative assets from stakeholders, elevate learning opportunities and brand position through partnership-focused outreach and engagement strategies, and set new industry certification standards. Her understanding of institutional assets allows for influential partnerships to be developed organization-wide.

Jen was an active member of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) for 20 years, including a three-year term as a Director on ILEA's International Board of Governors. She is a Past Chair of the International Certification Committee, which oversees the global advancement and administration of the Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP) designation and the recipient of the ILEA Mettle Attitude Leadership Award for her work in that role. She is also a Past President of the ILEA Los Angeles Chapter, where she served on the Board of Directors for nine years.
